Refund policy

Please contact us before returning a product via email ukinfo@walterandwildcom.  Please be aware that you are liable for the cost of the return of the item, we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when sending.  We are only able to refund for items received back by us, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
